Hyper is an iOS App for users to create higher quality content with their photos and videos. Hyper receives your information through our mobile applications, email notifications, and other interactions with our Services. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize Hyper to use your information in the United States, Canada, and any other country where Hyper operates or in which The Services are available.
Hyper does not distribute, sell, license, or sublicense the data you input into the app.
Support Inquiries:If a user submits an email to our support team denoted within the App, Hyper may save that information to ensure that the problem is solved and the user has a better experience while using our Services.
Links:We may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, for example to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
